The Government of India made FASTags mandatory for all vehicles starting on February 15, 2001. This meant that all vehicles passing through the toll plaza had to have FASTags. The following documents are needed for the Fastag update: driver’s license; voter ID card; PAN card; Aadhar card; vehicle registration certificate (RC); complete KYC at home using this government website: fastag.ihmcl.com. Log in to your account using your mobile number and password or an OTP. Choose MY PROFILE from the dashboard’s left side menu. This shows the profile details you submitted during the KYC process.
